Immediate customer service response

I had a problem with skin allergy to the knobs on quick release spring bars. I now have these ‘normal’ spring bars which are harder to work with than the quick release type BUT which do not touch my skin. I asked the question about possible fixes without much hope, and straight away was provided with a link to these which solved the problem for me. I remain VERY impressed with the fast and helpful answers from customer service. I am a Strapify customer for life!
