Strapify are proud to be the first to release our SharkTooth Militex straps to the Australian market. These are a brilliant replacement to the Tudor fabric Militex straps.
Our SharkTooth Militex straps are a cross between Perlon and a Militex. With our new step-buckles, you'll be able to micro-adjust the length of your strap to give you a perfect fit.
SharkTooth Militexs feature a beautiful SharkTooth weave and being 1.6mm thick, adds extra plush comfort and elegance to your watch.
Our SharkTooth Militex Straps are single pass so sit snug onto your wrist minimising watch bulge.

FAQs:
What's the difference between this and the regular Cross Militex?
This strap is thicker by 0.4mm and has a sharktooth weave. It feels more plush and pillowy.
What's the difference between this and the Supreme/Ultra Militex?
This is a single pass Militex i.e. only passes under the watch a single time as opposed to being double pass. This also has a special buckle which allows for micro adjustments. On a regular Militex strap, you may be between buckle holes and so the micro adjustment will give you that ability to micro adjust the length of the strap.

My Alera diver's watch was a gift from my wife over 30 years ago. It was big, black and chunky before that look came into style. I loved wearing it until ten years ago when it stopped working. A shopping centre watchmaker changed the battery then told me it was 'kaput' so I put it in a drawer and forgot about it until recently, when getting a battery replaced in another watch, at a different jeweller's, I took along my old Alera and asked them to check it too. After five minutes he handed both watches back, working! "It was just the battery", he said. "The last repairer installed it upside-down."
My chunky relic is now back on my wrist, set off by a Strapify black Sharktooth Nato strap with black buckle: bold, yet understated, comfortable and doesn't slip. Magnificent!

I bought this for use in the water, since the bracelet on my old seamaster started acting funny.
I love how it looks, makes the watch dial pop, and it's very comfortable.
The only problem is that after 3 weeks of use, the strap is starting to fray around the buckle-hole. One of these weeks saw some fairly heavy use in the surf and on the beach, so I'm not too unhappy, I just wouldn't trust this for water use again, and will buy a rubber strap next.
