Chain doesn't sit flush with watch despite ordering right size

I have the 40mm SE and ordered a band that was meant to fit 38-41mm watch face, however the connection points stick out on either side of the watch and don't look flush like the pictures at all. The links were easy to adjust though.

Easy to adjust the chains to suit your wrist and comfortable. There are helpful videos on how to do it without the tool however, I did purchase the tool and found it very simple and straightforward, I love wearing this band as it up-levels an outfit, rather than the regular band my watch came with.

Great strap

Love my strap. It makes the watch look far less utilitarian and is comfortable to wear.
I’ve had my strap for almost a year and it’s still going strong despite constant use.
