[QuickFit] Titanium Bracelet - Silver 22mm

Brought a watch band from Starpify, very happy with it, feels nice, looks great and it's made very well. Happy to buy from them again.

I bought this band for my Garmin Fenix 7 standard watch (stainless still finish). I wore a Casio titanium watch for many years, so I am fond of titanium as a material for watches and their bands.

This band is excellent in almost every way: the links are solid and beautifully machined and finished. The clasp, while a bit different from my old Casio (which has a clasp like the Garmin titanium strap) is nonetheless light and strong and failure-proof (so far). The quick-fit mechanism appears robust and easy to use. The band is also nice and light for such a big piece of metal. It also looks great with the stainless steel Fenix 7 watch.

The sole con is fitting, and there are two issues with fitting. The first issue is that there is not a lot of sub-link adjustment. On the Garmin band, the clasp has four or so different positions to mount the "away side" link to the band, allowing you to adjust the band circumference by less than a link width. The Strapify band only has two positions. It is easy to move the link between these positions, since a spring bar is holding it in, so that's a positive.

The second fitting issue is removing the links. There are arrows on the watch, showing the direction of link pin insertion. Unfortunately, on my band, one half of the band came with the pins inserted according to the arrows, and the other half had the pins inserted the opposite way. To put it another way, the pins had all been inserted the same way, despite the arrows pointing in one direction on one half of the band and in the opposite direction in the other half of the band. This is a problem because trying to push the pins out the wrong way is impossible, and, furthermore, a pin that you have attempted to push out the wrong way is almost impossible to get back in far enough to push out the correct way. I managed to salvage the situation, but I almost got the band into a state where I couldn't remove the links I needed to. I bought the link removal tool and I was following the clear instructions in the video, but the manufacturing error almost led to an unusable band, without some other form of pin removal.

Fortunately, I got the band to the size and configuration I wanted, and I'm very happy with the result. Thus the four star review.

Made sure the correct one was ordered for my watch. Ordered the adjuster tool at the same time and just slow and steady to find the right size for my wrist. Great fit and more comfortable than the silicon? original
