    Need help

    I bought two Lily straps for my new Garmin Lily. I am disappointed in the purchase as I have have been unable to use the plastic tool provided to remove the wrist band to replace it with the new one. There is no one to call for assistance. So I effectively bought two new metallic straps that I have been unable to enjoy.
    I am unhappy about the financial investment as I purchased the straps to improve the look of my Lily Garmin.
    This process should be easy.
    Dissatisfied. 😟
