What a contrast to Garmin direct who are slow to respond and don't honour their warranties!

I was originally sent the wrong size band, but I left it for months before following it up. I honestly expected to be told it was too late to do anything about it, but they were incredibly helpful and quickly sent out a replacement strap. Really impressed with the customer service and how they handled it.
