Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
If a strap doesn't suit your watch, the size isn't right, or you change your mind, send it back within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. It just needs to be in its original, unused condition.
Submit a request through our contact form, send the strap back, and we'll arrange your exchange or store credit. The 14 days are counted from the delivery date shown in your tracking link.
Requests need to come through the form, not live chat, so we can track them. Need to change an order before it ships? Just contact us (live chat preferred so we can prioritise the request) and we'll do our best.
Exchanges are free. Send the strap back at your own cost in its original unused condition, and we'll post your replacement out for free.
If your exchange is for a lower value, the difference becomes store credit. Store credit never expires and can be re-gifted.
Embossed or personalised items can't be returned.
Contact us to start an exchangeIf we find you ordered the wrong size or a strap that won't fit your watch, we'll swap it for a suitable one or give you store credit.
Refunds apply to a major failure reported within 7 days. A major failure is something we can't fix. Missing parts, scuffs, or breakages aren't major failures, since we can supply parts or replace the item. Skin reactions aren't a major fault. After 7 days, your order is covered by our 12 month warranty.
If your order hasn't shipped, we can swap it or give store credit. Pre-orders can be swapped, and are only cancelled if we can't supply the product.
Please note: Postage fees aren't refundable. A refused delivery counts as delivered, and we don't cover shipping costs from a refused delivery. Return shipping often costs more than the order, so we may instruct the courier to dispose of a refused order.
So we can resell your returned strap, please keep everything as you received it:
- Return the strap in its original packaging and condition, with any parts or bonuses it came with.
- Keep any plastic wrap on the strap intact.
- Straps with missing parts or that have been disassembled may not be refundable.
- If packaging is torn or plastic wrap is removed, we may reduce your credit or reject the return.
- Any free parts or bonuses must be returned, or they'll be charged at full price.

The warranty runs 12 months from your order date. Any later claims keep the same start date.
