These spring bars have slightly longer end tips to latch onto your watch more securely.
The 1.8mm thick spring bar provides extra girth of these spring bars also reduces strap wobble when on the watch.
Good to know:
- These are the only quick release spring bars to work on Garmin and Suunto watches. Regular quick release do not work.
- These are perfectly suitable for other watches for those who want extra security for their watches
- 1.5mm will typically fit almost all straps whereas 1.8mm may not fit some metal straps which don't have enough space for a thicker spring bar. If in doubt, use 1.5mm.
- These are NOT suitable for Garmin QuickFit watches like the Fenix and Instinct series.

Yes! You don't need to purchase extra spring bars as all quick release straps will have these included.
Will Quick Release work on my non-smartwatch?
Yes! These work on any standard watch. If your watch uses a spring bar to hold the strap, quick release will fit your watch.
Can I remove the quick release spring bar and use regular spring bars from my watch?

Some watches like Seiko use thicker 2.5mm spring bars which may not fit into our straps so we recommend just using our quick release spring bars!
