Apple Watch Series 8: Anticipated release date and features

So when is it going to be released?

Based on Apple’s usual release schedule we think the Apple Watch 8 should be released in September 2022. Things will surely be heating up with Samsung's flagship Galaxy Watch 5 expected to be released at the same time.

Early rumours for Apple Watch 8

While Apple hasn’t announced any official news, these are the rumours of new features we’ve collated so far:

• A new flat screen/display
• New body temperatures sensors and improved activity tracking,
• A faster chipset for better performance and battery life
• An additional size to the 41mm and 45mm, flatter edges and smaller bezels.
• The Apple Watch 7 launched some sporty new coloured bands including Nectarine Solo Loop and Lemon Zest Solo Loop so we think the Apple Watch 8 will follow suit.
