Fantastic new strap and easy to assemble using You tube instructions

Really appreciate the speed with which the team responded to me when I reached out regarding a broken strap. It was replaced very quickly and at no extra cost given it happened within the 1st 12 months. Also the quality of the material is very high - I had to use a temp strap for a few weeks that resulted in a sore on my wrist. Since switching to the Strapify strap I've had no issues. Thank you!

I've bought several straps over the last few years and all have arrived quickly and have been as expected. What's more, if you order something unusual, like a very narrow strap, they will email you to confirm you haven't made a mistake. This is great customer service. My only comments are:

1. If you don't want to trek up to the post office to collect a small parcel (about the size of a letter...) that fits in your mailbox, ask Strapify to leave the parcel in your mailbox in the comments box. This worked well for me after I discovered the default parcel setting seemed to be 'treat this parcel as if it contains diamonds and do NOT leave it in the mailbox'!

2. Although they sell regular springbars, the default setting for watch straps is quick release. This is fine, except if would be nice to be able to ask for regular spring bars instead. Buying a band (12mm) for a watch that required a strap width that was not accomodated (13mm) meant that I had to remove the quick release bars to replace them with the regular ones that came with the watch. It was a pain, and difficult to do without damaging the band.

All in all, a good experience and I would recommend Strapify, no problems. I wanted to give a 4 star rating because I had to fiddle with my band more than I wanted to, given it was going onto a cheap Casio watch (cost me SG$20 25 years ago) that I really like but feel isn't truly worth the cost of the new battery and band. Given that's a me problem, I felt too mean, so 5 stars it is!

I had the original silicone watch and when I first bought my Garmin, and over three years the silicone hole started to break through and become really loose (ended up becoming one big hole). This watch band is really great, the extra strap fits in under the watchband after fastening on so it doesn’t get caught on stuff!! And the double pin buckle ensures that there isn’t too much pressure on one point of the watch band making it far more secure without worries of it breaking off! Strapify were really helpful with returns and exchanges too!! Recommend 100%

This watch band is so pretty! I usually wear a silicone watch band daily, but when I feel like something lighter, more breathable and stylish. I love it.
