I tentatively purchased wanting an improvement on my broken silicone watch band. I found the website really easy to navigate and understand. I was able to choose exactly what I was looking for. Once I received the band there were clear instructions available to fit the band. I couldn't find the instructions to resize, so emailed on an open forum and received a reply within an hour.
