I ordered a band and it came with one end larger than the other so it couldn’t fit the watch. Sam the customer service manager was really helpful and sent another one for free but it was then stolen during shipping and I received an empty parcel. He then sent another one but it never arrived and we didn’t have a tracking number to check it so he then sent another one with a tracking number and it arrived with no issues. The band is a great fit and is perfect for my Garmin every day use.

Perfect Strap for my Tudor Silver 925 - material is extremely comfortable, quick release makes life so much easier.
The strap size is perfect, doesnt wrap to much for a small wrist.

One link of the strap arrived broken, but it needed to be reduced anyway. So far, after a month of usage, no issues. Looks elegant and doesn't keep your wrist wet after washing hands, which was my goal.
