I wanted to thank Strapify for their above and beyond customer service. I ordered two silicone watch bands for my smart watch. Aus Post lost my delivery and despite the fault not being with Strapify, they replaced my items free of charge. The bands are also great quality. Thanks Strapify for your great service.

Ordered new genuine strap after giving up with local Seiko dealer who doesn't sell straps !!!.you guys have an excellent website site which made ordering easy.(unlike Seiko site) . New strap arrived on time and even had new pins attached which made fitting easy . Thankyou.

My new watch strap is brilliant. I love the quick release - I can gave it as loose or as tight as I want, it’s very secure and looks great! What isn’t to like?

The strap is comfortable, it looks great, and it's infinitely adjustable. It is secured by a strong magnet. Be aware of a minor issue that one can accidentally pick up steel objects with it!
