Yes. When you provide your watch model in the order notes, we check that the width at the lugs is correct before shipping. To make this possible, please enter the full and correct model. Read more about our checking service.
If we spot a likely mistake from your watch model, we'll usually correct it for you. If you only realise after delivery, you can exchange it within 14 days in original unused condition. See our checking service and returns policy for details.
For curved straps or watches with special fitment (such as the Tudor FXD with its fixed lugs), we can't confirm fit without the watch in hand, so these aren't covered by our size check. Please make sure you've selected the correct strap type for your watch. More on what we check.

We offer free standard shipping within Australia on orders over $30, with affordable express upgrades. International shipping is free on orders over $110 AUD. For exact rates and delivery times to your location, see our shipping page.
Yes, we ship worldwide, with free tracked postage on orders over $110 AUD. Any customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility, so please include any customs number your country requires (for example, Korea). Full rates and timeframes are on our shipping page.
We accept all major cards and a range of Buy Now, Pay Later providers. Please note AfterPay is no longer supported. If your Buy Now, Pay Later option isn't showing, our payment guide walks you through it.
The most common cause is currency: Buy Now, Pay Later options only appear when your currency is set to AUD. Make sure you don't use Express Checkout, as the options appear at the payment step. Our step-by-step guide covers it.
Contact us as soon as possible via live chat or by replying to your order confirmation email. Our packing team works fast to ship the same day, so we can't guarantee a change, but we'll always try. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to change it.
Let us know straight away so we can try to fix it before dispatch. If it's already shipped, it will need to be returned to us before we can resend it, and re-shipping fees apply. See our address page for full details.
Most of our metal straps use pin & collar links, which you can remove yourself or with our link removal tool. Some use screw links and need a fine screwdriver. Our link removal guide has video walkthroughs and the tools you'll need.
We don't offer pickup at this stage. However, some stockists carry our straps. View our stockists here.

We hold exclusive distribution agreements to resell these brands. Because the margins are lower, our general sales discounts don't apply to these items.
Yes, every strap comes with a 12 month warranty covering manufacturing defects (fair wear and tear aside). Full details are in our returns and warranty policy.
