How to Use Your Store Credit

Store credit is loaded onto the email address used on your order. Sign in with that email at checkout and your balance is there to use.

Using Your Credit At Checkout
  1. Add the straps you want to your cart and go to Checkout.
  2. Click Sign in at the top of the checkout and enter the same email address your credit was issued to.
  3. We'll email you a 6-digit code. Enter it to sign in. No password needed.
  4. Under Payment, your store credit balance is shown. Select it to apply it to your order.
  5. If your credit covers the whole order, you're done. If not, pay the rest with any normal payment method.

Can't see your credit? You are most likely signed in with a different email, or not signed in at all. Sign out and sign back in with the email from your order.

Got A Gift Card Code Instead?

If we emailed you a gift card code, you don't need to sign in. At checkout, type the code into the Discount code or gift card box and click Apply.

Any unused balance stays on the card for next time.

Good To Know

Credit from an exchange or return never expires. Promotional credit has an expiry date, which is shown in the email we sent you.
