Please double-check your address before placing your order. We're obligated to ship to the address on your order exactly as entered, whether it's correct or not.
Browser and phone autofill makes it easy to enter an old or incorrect address without noticing. A quick check at checkout saves a lot of hassle later.
Our packing team works fast to get orders out the same day, so we can't guarantee a change request will be actioned in time.
Let us know as soon as possible so we have the best chance of fixing the address before it ships. You can reach us via live chat or by replying to your order confirmation email.
If your order has already been sent, we're unable to change it.
Please note: If a parcel is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, we're charged a $15 return-to-sender fee by the courier. Once the parcel comes back to us, we'll send an invoice covering this fee plus re-shipping (standard is $5.50, express is $8.50 within Australia). We don't issue refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address, so please take care to get it right.
