Are quick release spring bars included?
Yes! You don't need to purchase extra spring bars as all quick release straps will have these included.
Will Quick Release work on my non-smartwatch?
Yes! These work on any standard watch. If your watch uses a spring bar to hold the strap, quick release will fit your watch.
Can I remove the quick release spring bar and use regular spring bars from my watch?
Absolutely! You can remove them using this tutorial video. Click here to view.
Some watches like Seiko use thicker 2.5mm spring bars which may not fit into our straps so we recommend just using our quick release spring bars!
Strap nice however its way to big to be a small/medium. Have a 6.5 inch wrist and have to have it on tighest hole. Way too much tail

Was easy to install with quick release. Fits perfect on the Citizen and feels good, looks good. Love the quick dry after shower. I hardly take it off now
New watch band isn’t what i expecting frustrating difficult to take on and off as hook/pin which locks to opposite side of watch band is poorly designed and really difficult to insert and remove. Away at the moment on return will seek to return. When compared to original Garmin band totally inferior problem with orginal skin allergy.
