Bought the band as a gift for my wife and she was very happy with the look and quality.

I bought a watch band with links and was trying to push the pins our with a pin, like the video instructs but would have been stuck without this tool as it make pushing the pins in and out very easy. 10/10 would buy again.

Recently purchased multiple bands for a Christmas present which unfortunately missed the mark. Once the correct bands were selected, customer service assisted with the swap, even replying to an email on Christmas Day, and the new bands were shipped insanely quick.
