First strap was fraying at the point where it is glued into the Apple Watch connector, contacted support, was told this happens and to “melt it with a lighter”.
Months later the strap begins to come out of the connector altogether.
Customer support was nice and replaced the strap for me, but second strap was the same. Frayed on arrival and after a month began to come out of the connector.
Haven’t bothered contacting support. Straps are nylon canvas, anyway, not cotton. Look nice but average quality.

Pretty colour and the band is good quality but the clasp is not the most secure. The clasp has unexpectedly come undone a couple of times.

great watchband at a great price

i bought a navy canvas watchband for my son’s iwatch
& he loved it . It was extremely well made & true to colour & the size was perfect. It was delivered on time which was great , as i was a bit late ordering for Christmas . I would recommend the watch strap & Strapify to anyone. I will be ordering my watch strap from there when i need one.
