Fitbit Charge 2Steel Bracelet - Rose Gold

I read all the information, including sizing etc, measured my writs to make sure it matched the length given for the bandm. It says "Can be shortened by removing links"...sounds easy enough. No where on here did it tell me I was going to need a special TOOL to remove the links in the band. As this is my very first metal band, I couldn't know that. And now I find that Strapify sell the tool & had I known I could have purchased at the same time. Now I have another useless band unless I want to pay additional postage for an additional purchase. Thanks for nothing.
