Strapify provides tremendous customer service.

In the absence of AusPost failing to deliver successfully the first watch strap to our address, Strapify sent a second watch strap at their expense. Wife happy me happy and AusPost should be happy as they weren't out of pocket, in fact obtained two delivery fees.

Will recommend Strapify to family and friends for watch straps.

Comfortable but chunky

I purchased the leather strap to replace the original silicon strap that came with my Garmin Lily. The new strap is chunkier than I was expecting as it is quite a bit thicker than the silicon strap. Comfortable to wear but quite hard to do up. Hoping it will soften in time and be easier to manage.
