Do I need to purchase spring bars for this?
No! These simply latch onto your existing bars on your watch. You will only need spring bars if you've lost your spring bars. These spring bars can be purchased here.
Will this work on my non-Garmin watch?
No, unfortunately not. These require special 2.3mm thick spring bars to latch on securely. The only other known brand that uses these are some Coros watch models.

Love this strap. Have only had silicone/ rubber straps until this one. Quality feels better, I like the feeling on my wrist and it doesn't pinch my hairs like the silicone ones sometimes can. The strap feels solid, I really like it
The QuickFit clips are good quality and even after some time in pools and the ocean have not rusted at all. Straps were initially quite stiff, but have softened over time with wear.

I was extremely surprised at the quality of the strap as well as the durability during exercise, showering and sleeping, and is more comfortable than the standard white strap provided originally by the Epix Gen 2 Saphire watch! This strap is less irritating to the skin during exercise (which I found happened often with the white Garmin silicone strap). Wish I had bought a few more!
So happy with my black metal band for my fenix 8. The matte metal fits perfectly with it and now it swaps beautifully to business appropriate for weekdays!

Had mine for 2 years now and still going strong. Only reason I remembered to write a review was a I recommended the strap to a friend. I went looking for the link I originally bought it from. I use mine for swimming, running, Moto riding, MTB. Gym workouts. everyday watch. It does it all.
Some wear and tear on the buckle. But I've put it through hell, so I'm OK with that.
Do not buy!!! This quickly system has my watch falling off multiple times per week and falling onto the floor, no chance of using this system in the ocean it’s terrible. As soon as I bump my wrist on anything the band comes apart
Material feels of poor quality and the material is beginning to fray after only a few weeks of use.
Quality of this watchband is really good however it’s not quite what I was looking for. In terms of stiffness. I would rather something a little bit more flexible.

I recently purchased a Garmin Fenix 8 and then ordered this watch band. It’s very nice.
The band was as specified. Nice to know that the company checks with you to make sure you are ordering the right band. High quality, no issues so far, flexible and dries quickly with sweat and water!
I'm very disappointed with this strap. I sent time to measure my wrist and check the websites compatibile list of watches. It neither fits my wrist or my watch properly.
Waste of time and money. Definitely do not recommend.

A great band, easy to replace my old one with this new one. Comfortable all day.
I've had this replaced once under warranty because the strap keeper closest the buckle broke a couple of days in, the new one also broke, I use the watch without it and it's fine, but for the third crack I'm going to try velcro. The support team have been great tho, just a shame the stitched in strap keeper stitching broke.
