Great quality watch band. It looks perfect on my vivoactive 4s.

I have contacted customer service multiple times, with the response being they wont give me a refund even though the strap is unwearable due to SHARP ENDED PINS which stick out. And also the fact that the website shows a DIFFERENT looking watch band to the one that you actually purchase. I have sent photos of the watch on compared to the watch on the website WITH photo PROOF that the images on the product DOES NOT SHOW the extra attachments that have to be added to fit the watch. You cant see the band that is shown in their images because there are the huge ugly looking attachments that need to used.
Really disappointed with the customer service, was offered that they could send me different pins but that doesn't fix the issue of the watch NOT MATCHING THE IMAGES AND REASON AS TO WHY I PURCHASED THAT STRAP!
If I wanted and full rose gold strap i would have bought one.

After 10 months of wearing my original Garmin strap my skin started reacting to the band. I ordered this one to replace it and it is perfect. At first it felt really heavy by comparison, but after two weeks of wearing it (24/7) I barely notice it. It looks lovely too!

I love this band looks so nice on .I love the white and pink together . Its quite heavy but you get used to it . However the clasp is a tricky one . Takes 2 hands to do it up and it constantly comes undone all day long if U don't do it up right . Its a double sided clasp . Really tricky to do up it has taken me a while to get used to it . But I love the band so much I'm still kicking on with it :) overall great band . Really nice and good quality !! And also looks so nice on !

This band looks like it is meant for my watch. Really comfortable and looks amazing. I would recommend purchasing the link remover as I had to remove 4 links and it made it so much easier. Very happy. .

Love my new watch band. Quick and easy to remove links and swap out with the silicone band. Looks good and doesn’t undo easily. Found the silicone band would flip around at the end and come loose from the loop holder. This ceramic band hasn’t left me with any irritation as I found the old silicone band did.

More than happy with my new straps, love that I can change the whole look of my watch with a quick simple strap change.

Love my strap! Like many others I was getting a constant rash from the silicone strap that came with the watch. I ordered this band and it arrived super quickly and I’ve had no issues!
