How do I know I'm buying the right strap for my watch?

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our warehouse in Melbourne in Australia! We're not dropshippers!

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. We offer free international postage when you spend $110 AUD. Otherwise shipping is $10-$15 depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

Australia:

We offer FREE shipping on every order over $30 within Australia! Expected shipping times are between 3 to 7 business days but many our customers have received their orders under 5 days. 

We ship using Australia Post and endeavour to ship orders out on the same day. 

You may also wish to upgrade your shipping service with our affordable options:

Express with tracking: 1-3 business days $4.99 (Reduced from $7.99!) Orders under $30 are $7.99). 

International:

We offer free international postage when you spend $110 AUD. Otherwise shipping is $10-15 depending on your location.

How long will it take to get my orders?

Australia:

Standard Post:

Approximately 2 to 7 business days but many our customers have received their orders in 5 days. 

We ship using Australia Post and endeavour to ship orders out on the same business day. 

Standard post is FREE when you spend $30 or more and $5.50 if you spend less than $30.

Express:

Approximately 1-2 business with most customers receiving their orders the next day from dispatch!

FREE express postage when you spend $70 or upgrade for only $4.99! Express upgrade on orders under $30 are $7.99.

We also offer DHL Express post if required.

Rest of the world:

Expected shipping times are usually between 6-10 business days.

We offer shipping worldwide and will cost between $10 -$15.

For orders of $110 AUD, tracked postage is FREE!

The buyer will be responsible for any customs and duties applicable.

Please ensure you include any customs numbers if your country requires this (for example Korea).

Do you have a store to view straps or can I pickup orders?

At this stage we do not accept pickup orders.

We do have some stockists who carry our straps. Click here to view them.

What are 'branded' items?

Branded items are strap or accessory brands that we do not directly manufacture ourselves. These brands are:

• Forstner
• Uncle Straps
• Strapcode
• RoboToys
• Bergeon
• StrapXPro
• Staib

We have the exclusive distribution agreements with these brands to re-sell these (ex. Bergeon) and as a result, we have a lower margin and unfortunately our general sales discounts do not apply to these items.
