Don't know what this is

I purchased this cause I thought I needed it to change my watch links, the watch came with a tool to change the links. This tool still gets 5 stars cause the quality is really good, and I will find some use for it. I don't know how you would use it to change the links on my watch, but that's my fault cause I think I ordered without looking into it too much. But it is cool
