I ordered a new strap and was questioned about size, model, etc. which ensured I got the correct strap. After my order was placed I received an email just to double check. It also said I didn't have to reply if I was sure, which I was. I was very confident that the strap I ordered was the correct one.

I had some troubles with not receiving my parcel (post office issue), then some of the attachments not being quite right. I felt bad bothering them multiple times over, but they were SO helpful, SO quick to reply each time, didn't make me feel silly about my questions. They sent out replacement pins instantly when we identified the issue, and they arrived so quickly. Quality of the strap is brilliant too, but I can't recommend them highly enough for how great their CS team is! Thanks so much, I will 100% order again
