Solid tool, works a treat, good value for money.

I've tried the rubber ones and they are always either too small or too big as my body temp changes throughout the day. This strap has the best combination of flexibility and tightness on my wrist. I like it. No concerns with getting it wet either - it dries very quickly and I haven't noticed it being wet after a shower. I love it.

Wow the team is responsive and very helpful- I asked for the free pins for my Garmin after purchasing and they were really responsive and went about making it happen for my small order (thank you!). The strap itself was miles better than expected, clicked in/fitted perfectly, and still looks new (apart from one of the two keeps as I think I was rough with it out working (warehousing). I bought this as a present and the recipient loves it. Looks good, performing as expected.

After only two weeks, one of the screws holding the QuickFit part of the band fell out. While I was putting it on, the screw fell out, and the band came off the watch and fell to the ground. I was unable to find the screw.
I have had to use another screw, which is not the correct fit, but am avoiding wearing it as much as possible.

If you could please send me a replacement screw that would be greatly appreciated.
